We want you (and your pet!) to be 100% happy with every order. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging.

How to Return

1. Email us at blissypets@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you return instructions within 1-2 business days
3. Ship the item back to us
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or are not in original condition cannot be returned.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at blissypets@outlook.com with a photo — we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
