How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide. Delivery takes 5-11 business days in the Netherlands & Belgium, and 7-14 business days for the rest of Europe. All shipping is free!

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at blissypets@outlook.com After that, orders may already be in processing.

Each product page has a detailed size guide. Measure your pet's chest and neck circumference for the best fit. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help!

Are the harnesses safe for my pet?

Absolutely. All our harnesses are designed to distribute pressure evenly across the chest — not the neck — making them safer and more comfortable for your pet.

Are your products suitable for cats?

Yes! Several of our harnesses and leashes are suitable for cats. Check the product description to confirm suitability.

Returns

What if my item doesn't fit?

No problem! You can return unused items within 30 days. Contact us at blissypets@outlook.com to get started.

What if my item arrived damaged?
